*411 — (or Moonrise Pure Information) business idea Information is a valuable commodity. Operators would access a database of questions & answers, and be connected to the internet. Customers would call, ask any question, and wait on hold for as long as it takes to find an answer. In the time it takes to find an answer (minimum hold time - tbd) the customer would be listening to paid advertisements which would be selected based upon keywords in the customer's inquiry. This would allow customers to receive free information. If they opted, they could pay for the information (scaled to reflect the urgency of the answer [and any delay in finding it]). With the paid service, the customer would call and ask a question, hang up, and receive a callback with the answer. |
